We accept payment via PayNow and credit/debit cards.

Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

All parcels come with tracking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available for unused items in original packaging, subject to stock availability.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

11. Tax/Custome Duties

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay additional charges imposed by your local customs authority at the time of delivery.

These charges (including but not limited to import duties, VAT, GST, handling fees, clearance charges, or other taxes) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that any such charges will be borne by you, and failure to pay may result in your package being held, delayed, or returned by customs.

If a package is returned due to refusal or non-payment of duties/taxes, shipping costs and any related fees are non-refundable.
