Not just yet - we currently ship only within Singapore, but we plan to expand worldwide by 2026.

2) How fast is delivery?

Within Singapore, your order should arrive between 2 to 4 business days.

3) Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Every order comes with tracking so you'll always know where it is.

Product Care

1) How do I keep my MagSafe wallet looking new?

Just wipe it gently with slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid soaking it or using strong cleaning products.

2) Will the design fade over time?

Our UV-printed deigns are made to last - with a little care, they'll stay vibrant for years.

Product Information

1) What are your MagSafe wallets made of?

We use high-quality vegan leather paired with UV-printed designs inspired by the beauty of Islamic architecture and patterns.

2) Will your MagSafe wallets work with my phone?

If your phone has MagSafe, then yes! If it's an older model, you can still use our wallets by pairing them with a MagSafe-compatible case or by adding a magnetic ring to your existing case.

Returns & Exchange

1) What if my order arrives damaged?

We will make it right. If your item is defective or damaged, let us know within 7 days and we will arrange a return.

2) Can I exchange an item?

Yes! As long as it's unused, in it's original packaging, and we have stock available, we will be happy to exchange it.

3) Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

Currently we only accept payment via paynow/paylah with plans to expand payment mode via credit/debit card by Q2 2026.

Taxes/Custom Duties

Any import taxes or duties, if applicable, will be borne by the buyer.
